Throughout Sussex our many developments encompass new contemporary simplistic house design schemes to traditional individually designed family homes. Devoted to delivering exceptionally crafted aspirational homes we search for beautiful desirable locations to build, yet strive to be sympathetic to our surroundings, respecting the local heritage whilst discreetly including modern amenities.

After many years of building luxury homes across Sussex, Kent and Surrey, we’re currently taking a well-earned step back from new developments. Prestige Homes has always been about quality over quantity – creating thoughtfully designed homes that sit beautifully within their surroundings.
